I have not been single for a while now but just recently the guy that I had been seeing and myself decided to split. Breaking up is by far one of the hardest things I have ever had to do in my life. I would rather endure a thousand broken bones before breaking the heart of someone you care about. For me, the hardest part is not only hurting the person you were with but also their family! If you could't already tell, I am very family oriented so it is important for me to get to know the guy's family, whom I am dating. But this makes things much more complicated and takes breaking up to a whole new level. Not only do you have to say goodbye to your boyfriend, but his mother, father and brother as well. Now to make things even more complicated, bring a dog into the mix! I cannot even imagine what divorce would be like especially if children were involved! That is certainly something I never want to do in my lifetime!
But on a much brighter note, dating!!! This is something that I have not done in a long time! Truth being that I miss the excitement! Getting to know someone, figuring out who they are, what they like and the rush you get from something new and exciting! Now, since it has been a while from my dating days, the dating game has completely changed. What's the deal with this online dating business?? Do people really find dates online?? I am definitely a skeptic of online dating and I don't really know if I have formed an opinion about it yet but I am pretty open minded so I thought I would give it a try!
